Véronique de La Bachelerie
Chief Executive Officer
Véronique de La Bachelerie was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Societe Generale Bank & Trust Luxembourg in April 2013.
She began her career with Societe Generale in 1987 and held various positions in the accounting and finance departments. In 2004 she was named Deputy Chairman of Généfim, a property leasing subsidiary. Véronique took over as Chief Financial Officer for the retail and corporate clients division in 2005. In 2007, she was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Retail Banking Network Division - France (Société Générale, Crédit du Nord and Boursorama, as well as Electronic Banking activities, Trade Finance and Payments).
She graduated from ESCP business school and has a degree in chartered accounting.
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Catherine Janot is Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Société Générale Bank & Trust since 1st September 2013.
Catherine Janot began her career working for the French government in the Employment Department before joining AGF ALLIANZ in Spain in 1991 where she held a number of different posts including Head of Human Resources. After joining Société Générale in 2000 as Head of Human Resources for Spain, Catherine Janot went on to create and oversee SG CIB’s HR Hub for Continental Europe at the start of 2002, and then to head up all HR Hubs outside France (DRHG/HUB) in 2007. In 2008, she was appointed Deputy Head to the Group HR Director and was also Head of HR for the Global Investors Management Services (GIMS) division from March 2012.
Catherine Janot is a graduate of the Institut d'Études Politiques in Paris and an ENA alumnus.
Hélène Crinquant was appointed General Secretary of Societe Generale Bank & Trust since 1st of June 2016.
After ten years with the Banque Populaire in France, Hélène Crinquant joined the Société Générale Group in 1998.
After being Head of the Cash Management Business Line and Assistant Head of the Businesses department, she was appointed as Director of Marketing and Sales Coordination within Private Banking in Luxembourg. In 2006, she became SGBT Director of Human Resources. From 2010 to 2012, she served as Deputy General Manager, a member of the SGBT Executive Committee. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing Operations, General Services, Purchasing and Communications.
In 2013, she joined the Human Resources Department of the Société Générale group in Paris as Training Director, Management and Development of Strategic Talent and Group Senior Executives.
Hélène Crinquant graduated with a Masters in Economic Sciences, majoring in Finance and Currency, from the University of Nancy and the Institut Technique de Banque. She also holds certification in individual and collective coaching.
Managing Director – Private Banking
Jeanne Duvoux is Managing Director of Societe Generale Bank & Trust, in charge of private banking activities in Luxembourg, effective September 1st 2015.
Jeanne Duvoux started her career in 1989 as an auditor at Deloitte. She joined the Societe Generale group in 1996 where she held consecutively the positions of CFO for Fimat group and Managing Director of Fimat Banque. In 2006, following the acquisition of securities services from UniCredit Group, Jeanne Duvoux joined SGSS as Deputy Head of SGSS S.p.A. in Milan in charge of the supervision of the bank’s corporate functions and business functions before becoming Managing Director of SGSS S.p.A. in Milan in 2009. In January 2012, she holds the positions of CEO of SGSS S.p.A in Milan.
Jeanne Duvoux is a graduate of ESC Reims in Economics and Business and is a registered Certified Public Accountant.

Country Manager for SGSS in Luxembourg
Olivier Renault is Managing Director of Societe Generale Bank & Trust, in charge of Securities Services in Luxembourg since July 2010.
Olivier Renault has a degree from the Paris Graduate School of Economics, Statistics and Finance (ENSAE) and began his career as a consultant in the banking sector before being appointed Director of Finance Control for a services compagny in France. He joined Societe Generale Group’s Human Resources department in 1999 and was then appointed Head of Clearing at SGSS in France. In 2006, he became Deputy Head of SGSS S.p.A. in Milan where, in particular, he managed project integration and synergies with this subsidiary, which was acquired by societe Generale that year.

Thibaud de Montgolfier is Chief Financial Officer of Societe Generale Bank & Trust Luxembourg since April 2017.
Since 2013, Thibaud de Montgolfier has been deputy Chief Financial Officer for Societe Generale Private Banking. Previously, he occupied various management positions within the Financial Direction in Societe Generale in Paris, New-York and Hong-Kong between 2002 and 2013.
Prior to joining Société Générale, Thibaud de Montgolfier has been Chief Financial Officer for NetsCapital (start-up in Investment Banking services) from 2000 to 2001, Senior auditor in the General Inspection team in Worms bank from 1998 to 2000, and Senior auditor in Mazars from 1995 to 1997.
Head of Commercial Banking, Structured Finance and Corporate Financial Engineering
Yves Cacclin is Head of Commercial Banking, Structured Finance and Corporate Financial Engineering since June 2015.
A graduate of HEC Liège, Yves Cacclin joined Société Générale Bank & Trust in February 1995 as a middle office manager in financial engineering and wealth planning. In 1999, he moved to the front office where he worked as a corporate financial engineer before being named head of department in 2004. Since 2015, he is also in charge of the commercial banking activity.
Head of Human Resources
Michel Coppa is Head of Human Resources of Societe Generale Bank & Trust.
He joined the Societe Generale Group at the start of his career in 1984 and has held various positions in France and Luxembourg. He was Head of Risk then Compliance Officer before joining the Human Resources department.
Michel Coppa has a DEA (Diploma of Advanced Studies) in Applied Economics from the "Institut National Polytechnique de Lorraine" in Nancy.
Head of Transformation
Alain Delest has been Head of Transformation at Societe Generale Bank & Trust since September 2013.
Alain Delest has solid experience in consulting, IT and management of transformation projects.
He started his career with McDonnell Douglas Information Systems before successively joining various consulting firms, banks and insurance companies. In 2002, he joined Société Générale’s Group Finance Department. In 2004, he joined the Group Human Resources Department as Chief Administrative and Financial Officer for HR and Real Estate. Since 2010, within the Group Finance Department he has led transformation projects mainly within SG CIB and GIMS.

Yves Dupuy has been Chief Information Officer of Societe Generale Bank & Trust since May 2014.
Yves Dupuy started his career in Accenture within their banking practice and then joined Corporate Value Associate, a strategy consultancy.
He joined Societe Generale group in 2005 as VP Marketing of the Retail Banking Network in France. In 2008, he moved to SG CIB as Director of the Fighting Back Programme.
In November 2009, he was appointed regional Chief Information Officer for SG CIB, EMEA Region.
Yves Dupuy is a graduate of ESCP Business School.
Global Head of Market Solutions – Private Banking
Bertrand Kauffmann is Global Head of Market Solutions within private banking activities of Société Générale Bank & Trust in Luxembourg.
Bertrand Kauffmann joined Societe Generale in 1992 within SOGENAL Luxembourg (Société Générale Alsacienne de Banque). In 1997, he is in charge of managing the treasury team of SOGENAL Luxembourg and SGBT. He takes the global supervision of treasuries and Foreign Exchange operations in 2010 for Societe Generale Private Banking. Since 2013, he is Global Head of Market Solutions, covering treasuries, structured and derivative products, market execution and Prime Market Access from 2015 on. In 2016, he joined the Executive Committee.
