SGBT received CSR Certification (ESR) from INDR
SGBT received the Label ESR of the INDR, on November 26th, 2015, during the 10th official presentation ceremony.
Société Générale’s ambition is to be a key player in terms of Corporate Social Responsability (CSR).
Societe General Bank & Trust’s CSR policy, as a key player in the Marketplace both in terms of financial results and as an employer, is in line with this approach. In this context, SGBT must state loud and clear its commitment as a responsible company with regard to all its stakeholders and in particular its customers and employees, but also regarding its relations in the marketplace (local authorities, suppliers, other partners).
In order to promote its CSR actions, SGBT has initiated a certification process and thus obtained the ESR (Socially Responsible Company) label from INDR (Institut National pour le Développement Durable et pour la Responsabilité Sociale des Entreprise) in 2015.
This labelling focuses on 3 dimensions:
- CSR strategy
- Corporate governance
- The social pillar
