Patronage and sponsorship
Societe Generale Bank & Trust's patronage and sponsorship strategy follows the Group's policy, with a particular focus on rugby, modern and contemporary art and socially-responsible sponsorship.
Our commitment to sport reflects Societe Generale's values: commitment, responsability, team spirit and innovation. It is important to show loyalty, build trust and maintain relations with our partners and clients, year after year.
Besides golf, disabled sports and bridge, Societe Generale's main sporting commitment is to rugby, through its partnership with the French Rugby Federation, the French national team and the National Rugby League.
Its involvement now extends beyond France's borders. For example, we have sponsored the Luxembourg Rugby Federation since 2003.
Societe Generale is an Official Partner of the Rugby World Cup 2019 to be held in Japan.
